We had a luau at the senior center last week and it was fun. The table that I usually sits won first prize for being the most decorated table! Thanks to my ever creative friend Tess..our table won! The SC was packed and there were more than 120 people! imagine serving that and everyone is hungry!

There was a graceful elderly lady who danced the hula dance. It was fun!

A trip to Coarsgold

Hubby and I had to visit a relative in coarsgold. D's cousin is dying and my MIL wants to see her and its a long drive so D wanted to drive his mom over to that place because it is a treacherous drive. Anyway, the place we stayed at is closer to an indian casino so we went there and gambled. Didn't lose any money but won some money :) not much..just enough!lol

Six years and counting..

Be a volunteer!

I've been doing volunteering work at our local senior center here in town. Its been very rewarding helping the seniors. Though its a bit tiring and the elderly are very bossy and demanding but at the end of the day, seeing them happy and content..makes me happy.

I like it!

I'm off of work for a couple of days! Thank goodness. Then I can watch TV all day long and sleep all day long..isn't that nice :)

I'm going to do laundry in between nap and watching TV. No rest for the wicked :( Well, You gotta do what you have to do..haha!

I'm just so happy that the local farmer's market here is opening soon! I can't wait to get fresh fruits and vegetables. The weather has been nice. Still has a little chill in the morning but its tolerable.

I bought a few books a couple of weeks ago and i'm loving it!

Work has been really crazy the last few days! I can't even catch up with everything that is going on here at home. But everything is fine. I just had to rant :)

An Update..

It's been a long time since my last update here.. :( I know I have been gone for so long..not that a lot of people care but I'd let those who are lurking around that I am doing well and just busy with work and other things. I will be blogging again and hopefully can update everyday :)

TV Junky

I am a tv junky! I can’t blame myself for being such one because there are so many tv series that are worth watching..If i could spend the whole day watching tv I would but I can’t. Gotta go to work at some point, right?

I’m going back to school this year..well, actually I hope I can get the summer class…that’d be cool!

And I am off to bed. Boredom sucks!
